Visit to the Bellagio

We visited the Bellagio gardens and art museum as a family.  The gardens were decorated beautifully for fall and the art in the museum was amazing!

Zion's Youth Performance

Parker performed in the show "Glorious" with Zion's Youth Symphony and Orchestra at the Smith Center.  It was awesome to see him use his talents to play percussion.  It was an amazing concert.

Halloween 2016!

We had a fun Halloween doing trunk or treat with the ward and trick or treat around the neighborhood.  Brian and I were Harry Potter and Milicent Bultstrode.  Colton was a cool Ninja and Laynee was a cute witch.  Parker and Megan didn't want to dress up.

Pumpkin Carving

The kids had fun carving their Halloween Pumpkins.  We had a Pikachu, a nondescript regular pumpkin, a Cheshire Cat and a scary pirate pumpkin.

Visit to the wetlands

Laynee and I went to visit the Wetlands again with play group.  They had some fun activities in the visitor's center and a Halloween maze on the grounds.  It was a lot of fun.

Guitar Spooktacular

Brian and Parker had their guitar spooktacular concert this week.  Parker went as Where's Waldo and Brian went as Harry Potter.  The stage was decorated all spooky and they played Halloween and spooky music.  It was a lot of fun.

Butterfly habitat at the Springs Preserve

Laynee and I got to go visit the butterfly habitat at the Springs Preserve with the moms and kids from our ward play group.  Laynee loved the beautiful butterflies and even had some land on her arms and clothes.

Laynee goes to a princess tea party!

Laynee got to go to a fun princess tea party with her friends.  They got to dress up, get their hair and nails done and meet Elsa.  They also got to model in a fashion show and have tea and treats.  She loved it!

Parker Band

Parker enjoyed playing percussion in the marching band this year.  He loved playing at the football games and performing in the programs and for the crowd.
